Four details are required: your name, email, mobile number and division. The member number is generated the moment you submit, and the club gets a copy in its dashboard.

If you want the printed card
  1. Tick the printed card option in the form.
  2. Scan the Chess United GCash QR, pay the exact amount, then copy the 13-digit reference number from your GCash receipt.
  3. Send ₱200 and paste the reference number in the form.
  4. The club checks the reference, prints the ID, and hands it over at a Saturday session.

Member lookup

Find your card.

Every member gets a number, formatted like CU-2026-0137. Add it to this page's address as ?m= and the card appears below — the link your registration gives you already carries it. Open it on your phone to show at the table, or print it; the card is laid out to print cleanly on A4 or card stock.

No member number in this link. Append ?m=CU-2026-0137 to the address, or register above to get a number.
Want it in your hand? The official printed ID and the club lanyard are ₱200 together. Pay by GCash with the reference number, and collect it at a Saturday session — the club matches every reference by hand before printing.

The card

One number, two ways to carry it.

The digital card costs nothing and never needs printing. The physical ID is the club's own print run.

01 / Digital

Free, issued online.

Your member number is created the moment you register. Open the card page, or print it yourself onto paper or card stock — the page is laid out for it.

02 / Printed

₱200 with the lanyard.

The printed membership ID card and a club lanyard — the club's own ID card. Pay by GCash, paste the reference number, and collect it at a Saturday session.

03 / Verified

Every reference is checked.

A club officer matches each GCash reference number against the club account before the printed card is made. No reference, no print run.

Register, then come and play.

Membership is open to kids, teens and adults. Saturdays from 10 AM.
